Fortune Owl
HOW THE ADVANTAGE WORKS:
- Fortune Owl features three progressive free games meters—mini, minor and major. The number of free games increases whenever one of the corresponding free games bonus symbols lands in the fourth reel. These aren’t must-hit-bys, so it is completely random when the free games actually hit. Therefore, Fortune Owl is a volatile game that only experienced APs with large bankrolls should play.

- Mini (purple): 24 or higher.
 - Minor (green): 32 or higher.
 - Major (red): 52 or higher.

Additional notes
- Fortune Owl is similar to Wolf Run Eclipse, but it doesn’t contain the mega free games. Therefore, it is less volatile, and the EV is more realizable.
 - Disclaimer: The whole idea behind this game becoming +EV is that the free games meter sometimes goes beyond the point where hitting it more than covers the cost to land it on average. The important words here are “on average”—if you don’t trigger the free games progressive in the average number of spins it takes to hit, then you will just end up digging yourself into a deeper and deeper hole. The number of free games will keep increasing, but not at a rate that will make up for your losses. It might feel like the machine is closer to hitting the more money that you put in, but that isn’t the case. So if you are a newer AP with a limited bankroll, then I recommend avoiding playing uncapped progressives. If you do decide to play, it can be helpful to set a budget for whatever amount you feel comfortable losing, and if you hit it, that’s awesome. If not, just call it a loss and move on. It might seem like a bad idea to abandon a play (if it was a good play when you started, then it is an even better play now, so why would you abandon it?), but bankroll management is crucially important. Chasing uncapped progressives is the most common way I have seen friends get completely destroyed, so caution always needs to be taken.
 - The mini free games includes one full reel of wilds on every spin, the minor includes two, and the major includes three.
 - The mini, minor and major all reset to five free games.

*Having 1000 units on hand is a good rule of thumb for chasing uncapped progressives.*
