Fu Stacks: Jade / Crimson

Picture
HOW THE ADVANTAGE WORKS:
  • In Fu Stacks, whenever coins land on the reels, they slide open to reveal symbols that match all other symbols revealed in this manner. When a stack of three coins lands in a reel, a coin is added to the coin holder above. After a coin holder accumulates three coins, that reel will feature stacks of coins for the next three spins.

WHEN TO PLAY
  • Two coins in each of the first three reels.
  • Any active stacks in the first three reels. Active stacks will have a glowing border around the reel.
Additional notes
  • This game is similar to other games where you collect coins above the reels, but the difference is that the reels don’t turn wild. Instead, the reels just feature stacks of the same symbol that match all other symbols revealed by coins on the other reels.
  • You really are aiming to get the first three reels active at the same time, as this is the only way to guarantee a line hit. If you get active stacks in reels two, three and four, you will still have to get lucky and match a symbol in reel one to get a line hit.
  • You actually have four chances to get reels active at the same time (rather than three) because the stacks of coins reveal the matching symbols on the spin they land.
  • There is still some value in a single active stack (at least in the first three reels) since it will match all other symbols revealed by coins. The coins don’t always land in stacks of three—single coins land fairly frequently.
  • It’s possible to get huge line hits (100x and higher) when you land five of the premium symbols on a line.
  • The free games feature is different between the Jade and Crimson versions, but the base game functions the same for advantage purposes.
Reels one and two are both active. Rather than turning wild, the reels form stacks of the same symbol that will match the symbols in other active stacks, as well as symbols revealed by single coins. This was a 23x line hit, even with just four-of-a-kind.
Having reels one and two active at the same time doesn’t guarantee a line hit like it would in Golden Egypt. You still need to get a matching symbol in the third reel, so this game is fairly volatile.
There isn’t much value in an active wild in the fourth reel, especially without adequate coins in the first three reels.
The Crimson version plays the same for advantage purposes.
