Imperial Fortunes / Penguin Palace
HOW THE ADVANTAGE WORKS:
- Imperial Fortunes and its companion, Penguin Palace, feature coin holders above each of the reels. When two coins are collected to fill the coin holder, that reel will turn wild for the next two spins. Coins with 2x multipliers can land in reels two, three and four, which makes this a more lucrative AP game compared to the similar AGS titles Red Silk and Aztec Chief.
- Two coins collected above the first three reels if at least one of them is a 2x coin.
- One coin collected above each of the first four reels (this is a more aggresive play because you usually need to land a 2x coin for this to be profitable).
- Any active wilds in the first three reels. Active wilds will be highlighted in gold and have either one or two coins in the coin holder above (indicating how many more spins remain).
- Active wilds in reel four if there are any 2x coins above that reel.
- You can play any active wilds in reel four if there are two spins remaining and there are two or more coins in the first three reels. Just do one spin to see if you can land a second coin to get two reels wild at once. If not, stop playing.
Additional notes
- The pot of coins above the reels will sometimes do a rumble animation that randomly fills some of the coin holders.
- Only two of the premium symbols (emperor/penguin) are needed to get a line hit.
- The free games scatter symbols can land behind wild reels and still trigger the bonus.
- Ignore the growing pot of coins and prizes stacked above the reels—those are for entertainment purposes only and do not offer any kind of advantage.
- You can tap the bet level on the main touchscreen to check the machine without having to bet (or even put money in).
- For the 1¢ and 2¢ denominations, the available RTP settings are 86%, 88% and 90%. For the 5¢ and 10¢ denominations, the available RTP settings are 88%, 90% and 92%.
