Jin Ji Bao Xi Grand: Phoenix / Tiger
HOW THE ADVANTAGE WORKS:
- Jin Ji Bao Xi Grand features wild bat symbols that lock on the reels for two spins. Each additional bat symbol that lands will reset the spin counter back to two. Landing any combination of six bats and/or coin symbols will trigger a bonus feature.
- Make sure it says either “locked for 2 spins” or “locked for 1 spin” in the upper left above the reels.
- One locked bat in the first three reels.
- Two locked bats anywhere
Additional notes
- The wild bat symbols have a counter on them that starts with three coins, but they only persist for two spins, so it is a bit misleading. The bats with one coin on them will disappear next spin, so make sure you don’t play those ones. If you are confused, just look for the “locked for 2 spins” or “locked for 1 spin” in the upper left above the reels.
- The locked bats can only appear on reels two, three and four.
- The bonus allows you to select between free games or a top up feature. Both options pay the same on average (otherwise, the game would not have a consistent RTP).
- The line hits in this game are very weak—you really need five-of-a-kind of one of the premium symbols to get a good payout.
- Ignore the bowl that fills up with gold coins—having more coins does not mean you are any closer to hitting the bonus feature.
- There are other games in the Jin Ji Bao Xi series (Endless Treasure, Prancing Pigs, Rising Fortunes and Singing Cats), but only the Phoenix and Tiger versions are advantage games.
