HOW THE ADVANTAGE WORKS

• Cash Falls features coins with credit prizes that land in the reels. When a coin lands, a counter with three spins will appear on the bottom of the reel. Every time a new coin lands in that reel, the spin counter gets reset to three. If the entire reel gets filled with coins before the spin counter reaches zero, the player is awarded all of the credit prizes in that reel.
  

WHEN TO PLAY

• A simple heuristic is to only play when either reels three, four or five are one coin away or else reels one and two are both one coin away. This covers most playable situations (except outliers like a mini or an exceptionally large coin in reels one or two).
• A more advanced (and time consuming) strategy is to add up the value of all coins in all reels that are one coin away. Play if the total is at least 6x your bet size.
• You can play reels that are two coins away if the total is at least 25x your bet size.

Additional notes

• In general, this isn’t a very lucrative game. It’s possible to find good plays, but the majority of times you play, you won’t end up triggering the coins. This can make for a frustrating experience. The good thing is that your losses will always be minimal since you know how many spins are left. And your occasional big win should be enough to cover your losses if you log enough sessions.
  
• I would avoid chasing reels that need more than two coins to fill, even if they contain large coin values. This rarely works out.
  
• Sometimes you will chase a reel that is one coin away and inadvertently land two coins on another reel and trigger that one instead.
  
• The coins often block line hits, so most of the game’s payout comes from filling the reels with coins.
  
• It shows directly on the bet pad which bet levels contain a reel that is one coin away—look for a glowing blue outline.
  
• This game comes in multiple denominations, so be sure to check them all for plays.
  
• Cash Falls is one of the most popular games in casinos right now. I’ve been seeing it installed at more and more places lately.

This is a solid play with two reels that are one coin away.

Having three reels that are one coin away is always a play.

I had three chances to land one more coin to fill reel five, where I would have won $791. Unfortunately, it didn’t work out (which is often the case with this game).

First and second reels that are one coin away like this are rarely worth playing.

That’s a newer version that is a little different. The fire link balls are valued at roughly 35x, so you can be a bit more aggressive chasing those.
